2. The crucial phase in which emerged some important feedbacks during project life cycle was the piloting phase, from the training of trainers up to the conclusion of the MTTM Piloting. The Italian staff of teachers and classes who participated in the piloting were able to re-define a new piloting tool for marketing and commercial structures, deriving a “B-Version” of the workbook. Teachers involved in training of trainers and in particular the small group who participated in the Piloting, derived these conclusions about sustinability of Proudfarmers outputs in the Italian VET System: the possible use of the materials in a vehicular European language (English) in order to train students contemporarily in the foreign language, so that the MTTM could be meant as a cross-sectional competences module. strong on the job dimension of the training materials; possibility to strongly personalize the training pathway thanks to the flexibility of use implicit in the MTTM training materials. 4. Teachers involved in the training of trainers declared that the training materials were good enough in order to be fully used in class for “in-presence training”, rather than used part for distance self-learning of students and part for “in-presence training”; the training materials were good enough in order to be used in big or small class groups; the training materials were well structured also to be fully used for distance self-learning of students. 5. In the Italian context the sustainability and exploitation of the MTTM and the training programme as structured by the Latvian Partners according to their national standards of 160 hours (54 hours theory and 106 practical training) is not properly possible to be officially inserted in Educational pathways as it is, just because the school system is strongly „prescriptive and normative” so each school have their own margins of personalization of training pathways but 160 is too many hours to allocate. 6. The programme might find a way of exploitation as it is (for the entire 160 hours) also in case of a single initiative for adult education, but for these it would be necessary, for its success and sustainability, to be funded (entirely or for a big part) and direct to adults or workers or farmers or shop/stores managers of agricultural and food products. For obtaining a formal certification as a Regional Vocational Training Course (for the Italian system pure Vocational Training is managed by Regional administrations – notes of the author) the training programme should be of an average 900 hours.
