  2. What Happened to My Webpage?(OCFO Process Problems Before WTS) • Prior to the Web Tracking System (WTS), web change requests were submitted via phone or email • Problems with this process included: • Lack of organization • No accountability • Unexpected/unapproved changes to websites

The WTS is… The WTS is not… • An application based on Lotus Notes Teamroom software • An interface that allows users to submit, track, and report on the status of web change requests • A workflow routing system for change requests • A way to obtain management approval for change requests How Can We Fix This Problem?(OCFO’s Solution to a Broken Process)
