  5. ISIBINDI • Means “courage” in Zulu • Seek challenges and meet them head-on • Are powerful and courageous • Display strength and restraint

  6. REVEUR • Means “dreamer” in French • Seek to reach their goals • Are passionate and artistic • Display a competitive nature

  8. Be respectful • Use manners, actions as well as words • Use Please and Thank you • Keep your hands to yourself • Be mindful of personal space • Hold the door open for others • Smile and greet everyone you encounter

  14. Be aware of how you address others • Use appropriate titles with last names “Mr./Ms./Dr.”  • Use “Mr./Ms.” or “Sir/Ma’am” if you are unsure of the name • Use first names when addressing peers • Watch your tone when addressing others • When responding to an adult, use “Yes Mr./Ms.”
