Introduction • The landscape of Indian business is evolving at the speed of light. • The ideologies and principles of the younger generation are more refined and businesses are going beyond the usual mapping defined a decade ago. • One who deserves a worthwhile mention on broadening the horizon is Varun Manian. • At a very young age, he managed to not only surge as an entrepreneur but also look out for the welfare of society.

About Varun Manian • Varun Manian is one of the youngest and most successful entrepreneurs in India. • He is the Managing Director of Radiance Realty and Radiance Media Group all of which are a part of the Radiance Group of Companies. • In 2012, Varun Manian entered the residential real estate business with the inception of Radiance Realty Developers India Limited. • Radiance Realty, is a property development firm based in Chennai and it focuses on building luxury residential projects. • After 2012, he never looked back and continued to add feathers to his cap on the property development front. During this journey he set up Radiance Facility force, Radiance Home Solutions and Radiance Total Care.

Entrepreneurial Journey • After gaining hands on expertise by working from the bottom up he branched out on his own to start the Radiance Group. • Varun Manian is working towards making an umbrella brand that holds all the aspects of home development. • Radiance Realty, the flagship business, is a fast growing property development company. • Allied businesses under the brand include Radiance Facility Management Services, Radiance Home Solutions which does home interiors right from design to execution. • Radiance Total Care, which is just being started, will provide a one stop shop for all home maintenance.
