7. Charity Event • A charity event and associated social event will take place on • Wednesday 11th June; and • Tuesday 17th June • Before getting to the details we need to talk about… roots!

Logistics – before the event • Hopefully you have already signed up online for the event • In addition you need to sign a disclaimer and pay your €20 • There is a desk in reception where you can do this • You will be given a breathable shirt to wear for the event • Sizes are on the small side, register early if you need the largest size XXL !

Logistics – Start time • You will need to be in ETSI reception at 6pm prompt on the day • Please wear your shirt so we can identify you • We will walk then to “La Source” where the charity event starts and where the social event will be held (10 min walk) • You can change clothing: • During afternoon coffee break • Between close of meeting and 6pm (limited time) • Between arriving at La Source and the event start (limited time) • Baggage can be left (at own risk) • In a locked storage room at ETSI (retrieve before 8pm or after 8am) • Locked in your car out of sight

Logistics – During the Event • Remember it is an informal event and at certain parts of the course there are obstacles • Tree roots • Uneven paths • Rocky or muddy sections • Please be mindful of fellow delegates near you • “Helper” delegates will show you the way • Water will be available at various places on the course • Time limit is approx 1hr or 3 laps
