Homework • Homework will be assigned every night except after a test. (Yes, this includes Friday!) • Assignments are typically 15-20 problems and should not take more than 30 minutes to complete. • Students are required to write each problem (except word problems), show all of their work, and circle the answer. • Extra help is available every day during morning study hall from 7:00 – 7:25 in Room 3101 as well as Thursday afternoons from 2:15 – 3:15.
Grade Scale for Math: • Tests/Projects 40% • Quizzes 20% • Classwork 25% • Homework 15% • All tests will be announced at least one week in advance. • One project will be assigned each quarter for a test grade.

Successful Tips: • Come to class on Time • Stay Organized- Keep Notebook Neat and Use Agenda • Bring Materials Daily (Notebook, Pencil, and other supplies) • Do Homework Assignments • Study for Test/Quizzes • Check Blackboard (especially when absent)& SPAN (to check child’s grades) • Read & Sign Important Papers (Test/Quizzes, Notebook Grades, etc.)
