Multiple printers (1) • Able to connect up to four printers and print at the same time • Not able to create preview, and multiple RIP processing at the same time. • 1394 PCI card is needed as same number as printer • In order to the computer specification, or print condition, processing may delay for the printing.

Multiple Printer Detail: Additional Printer Support • All the Mimaki printers are supported. • (1) UJF-605C and UJF-605R • Able to use the same function as RasterLinkUJ. • Visualized operation is available for color • replacement. (based on RasterLinkProII) • (2) GP-604(D), DM1810(D), DM2, DM3 and GP-604S • No change from RasterLinkGP on function and operation. • (3) Tx2 and Tx3 • Able to use RasterLinkProII standard functions. • Not supported TXLink color replacement using TIFF index color. Do not need to use another application, like RL/JU. Able to do the setting on the RIP screen. Able to do the RL/GP’s way operation for LED pointer setting, image edit and discharge ink setting.

Virtual printer • Able to register the print condition to the application printer or hot folder • Not only the print condition, but also able to register the Rotate, Mirror, and Scale Print Printer_720x720 720x720 print condition had been set when the data is loaded.   9. Usability: User-Friendly Job Operation • Job operation has been simple and quick. • Able to change printer even for registered job. • Only one click stops all output transactions when using multiple printers. Cancel All jobs Printer selection

Usability Detail: Grouped Job Operation • Grouped Job operation has been faster. • Able to layout multiple jobs at once. • Available Item: Scale, Rotation, Mirror and Position. • Able to remove some jobs from a grouped job on the layout screen. Select rotation after apply multiple jobs. Able to remove jobs on this screen without getting back to the main screen.

RL/Pro II color replacement Illustrator specify with spot color Replace the spot color to white ink Color: White ink print (1) White ink print is available with three functions: • White ink print for the specified character or graphic. Specify with Illustrator spot color, then replace to white ink.

Color: White ink print (4) (Supplement) JV3SP White layer function • Divide a head front and back, then print white and color layer • White layer print level（Level 1 to 3） is a setting to reduce the nozzle number in order to provide ink drying time.   16. Color: Get color from designer’s sample (1) • Scan the designer’s color sample • Able to color matching up to 12 spot colors

  17. Color: Get color from designer’s sample (2) • Scanner is EPSON Perfection4990 • Gradation is not available • Need a test print beforehand in order that color reproduction accuracy differs depend on the color sample, scanner, or profile.

Color Detail: Accurate Color • All the Profile data have been expanded to 16 bits. • Color matching accuracy is much more advanced. • Highlight is well reproduced. • Much less tone jump on gradations. • Preserves the same speed, compared with old 8 bits profile( V2 profile). • Required no special setting, Just select the V3 profile on the print condition screen. Accurate color reproduction

Color Detail: Proper Ink Limit • Ink limit method has been more proper in V3 profile. • Adopts ink limit values differently from primary colors to composite colors. • Stronger pure color but less bleeding is possible. Case: this media can hold ink up to 210%. Primary Color Primary Color Composite Color Starts bleeding at C=M=Y=70% Total of 210%. V3 profile V2 profile Adopts 70% for composite color (CMY). Non bleeding and Strong Magenta and Red. Adopts 70% each.Non Bleeding but Weak Magenta and Red.

  20. Color Detail: Profile Filter Function • On the print condition setting screen, able to filter the profile list with variety of • keys. Filtering by: Ink set, Media name, Resolution and Profile version. Filtering in ink set. Only SS2 CMYKLcLm profiles are on the list.

Color Detail:Enhanced Color Replacement • Color Replacement function has been more functional. • Input color can be CMYK as well as spot color. • Up to 4 special inks can be replaced on Tx2 or Tx3. CMYK color can be replaced with special inks. Able to replace color by selecting the ink slot numbers.

  25. Pitch Editing: Copy function (1) Nest Copy • Print immediately with RIP& Print • No limitation on the copy number (Able to copy until the end of Roll) • Able to specify the space and pitch Space

Editing: Copy function (2) (2) Paneling • Delete the blank space around the image • No space between the copied image • No limitation on the number of copy • Enable to make copy for wall paper • No space copy enables cutting only once, compare with the copy where cutting should be performed twice in order to the space.

  27. Data save and RIP information Data save and recover • Able to save the print condition, RIPed data, and profile, moreover able to recover the data completely. • Able to store onto external storage RIP information • Able to memorize the ink consumption, RIP Time, print condition
