  29. Accessing the AIM System • Go to www.allstates-worldcargo.com/webtrakwt (Click on Aim System below for hyperlink) • Enter your User ID and Password Information AIM System

  35. Maintain Names and Addresses • A list of Consignee and Shipper information will appear • Click on Add S/C to add to database * Note: If you have a spreadsheet with all your information email to support@allstates-worldcargo.com to upload the information.

  36. Maintain Names and Addresses • Add information • Selecting both will list them as a Consignee and Shipper * Note: You can also add the consignee and shipper information when you add a shipment by selecting the appropriate box.

  37. POD Report • Click on POD Report

  38. POD Report • Type the date range or click on the calendar and select the appropriate date

  39. POD Report • Click Export to CSV file to send data to an Excel spreadsheet

  43. Report Manager • Hold the Ctrl button down to select individual fields for the report • Click Submit

  44. Adding a Shipment • Click on Shipment Entry and Tracking

  47. Adding a Shipment • Bill To information will display by default based on your log in information *Note: If you need multiple Bill To locations, please contact the Allstates WorldCargo IT department at support@allstates-worldcargo.com.

  48. Adding a Shipment • Select Consignee information • If not in database, type information and select Add Consignee • This will save the Consignee information

  49. Email Shipment Notifications • Click on Email Notifications if you want to email to the Consignee *Note: Click on Email Notification before submitting the shipment information.
