  2. What are we producing? • We are producing Kakey Pastries, which include: • Cupkakes • Kakes • Cannolis • Brownies • Cookies • Long johns • Doughnuts • Bread • Pies

  3. Production amounts • We will be producing about 50 – 100 batches of each individual pastry daily.

  4. How will it be produced? • To make all the pastries we will use both machines and people. • The types of capital that will be used are: • Mixers • Ovens • Sinks • Fryers • Rolling Pins • Drying racks • Icing dispensers • Bowls & Measuring Cups • Whisk • Silicon baking sheets • Utensils • Plates • Pots & Pans • Refrigerators • Freezers

Materials from the land • From the land we will need: • Flour • Sugar • Butter • Milk • eggs • vanilla extract • confectioners sugar • chocolate • yeast • wheat • cinnamon • sprinkles • whipping cream • cream cheese • peanut butter • food coloring • assorted nuts • coconut • raisins • assorted fruits

  6. How much money (capital)? • We will need to use $2,000 to produce one of each of our products.

  7. Who will get the product? • Our target age group is all ages, because every person likes at least 1 of our goods. • We would like our product to be sold at Wal – Mart and Giant food stores. • Also we would like our product to be sold in all of Pennsylvania and in Southern New York.

  8. Advertising • We will advertise on: • History Channel • Discovery Channel • Disney Channel • ABC Family • WBRE • NBC • CNN • Fox News • Food Network • ABC • Magic 93 • 98.5 KRZ • 104.1 • A variety of age groups and people listen to these radio stations and watch these channels. We want every person to be able to see our products.

  9. Advertising continued • During the entire day we will advertise our products because we want for all age groups, basically everyone, to be able to know about our products. • We will advertise on the following shows: • Hannah Montana • Nancy Grace • Oprah • Everyday Italian • WNEP at 5:00 • Survivor • Millionaire • MADE • Wheel of Fortune • Jeopardy • We chose these TV shows because again a mixture of people and age groups watch most of these shows, if not all.
