Style and culture: • Ideamanagement brings you better employee recognition • Employee recognition is mostly undervalued and underused management tool • The management supports ideamanagement • Ideamanagement has to link to the organisation’s core values • The employees will send in ideas and the ideas will be taken seriously www.ideamangement.nl

Ambition: • Real participation is the name of the game • Management has to promote Ideamanagement • Our mission is to get an idea from every employee • The company will be much more innovative and creative • Management has to decide what kind of ideas will be eligible for the ideaprogram (themes) • We make it fun and creative to send in ideas www.ideamangement.nl

Reward and Recognition: • Every idea gets a very quick response • There is a unique rewarding system • For every idea there is a unique gift • This award fits to the culture of the organization • 10 percent of the net savings in the first year is for the employee • On average every idea will save 2000 dollars per idea www.ideamangement.nl

  6. How to start/the firststeps: • You need a logo for the Ideamanagemet department • You need Ideamanagement rules • Use an Internet Address • You need Forms • You need Software • You got to have an Advisory Team • You need Incentives www.ideamangement.nl

Rules of the game (part one): • Send the information to the home address of the employees • Employees can send the ideas any time via Internet • They get a reaction within one workday • Their idea will get a unique number • The number takes part in a raffle • Send the idea to the Advisory Team • This team has to react within two weeks www.ideamangement.nl

Rules of the game (part two): • The advice will be given to the ideamanager • There will be adopted and rejected ideas • The adopted ideas will be presented to the management • The ideas will be implemented if the management approves • The rejected ones will be given an unique gift • The adopted ones will get 10 percent of the net savings • The best ideas will be published on the Internet homepage www.ideamangement.nl

How to continue the involvement: • Organise a campaign during the year • Continue promotion of the ideasystem • A raffle is a part of the promotion • Nice prices will be a part of the raffle • Pick special themes for the campaign • Ideamanagement information can be found on the homepage • Best ideas will get a budget to be implemented www.ideamangement.nl
