  3. Nelson Mandela • Nelson Mandela was a sudafrican politician famous for being the first black president of South Africa. When he started studying law he bacame an activist of anti-appartaid movements and joined african national congress, therefore he was arrested and spent most of his life in jail. In 1990 he got was released and became ANC president; run to south african president charge and won, making his country to became a democracy. For this he won many honors and also the nobel peace prize.

  4. Martin Luther King • Martin Luther King is famous for being the leader of the first non-violent protest against racial discrimination. For this reason he was arrested more than 30 times. His family was threatened but he remained convinced of his ideas. In 1964 he won the nobel peace prize. In 4 april 1968 was assassinated.
