  3. ORGANISATION RE-STRUCTURE Purpose : • To meet new Organisational requirements • Support to achieve Group Turnover 300 Crs.(2010-11) & 500 Crs. within 5 Years. • To Satisfy increased Customer needs

ORGANISATION RE-STRUCTURE Key Functions : • Manufacturing – Dept. • Engineering & QA – Dept. • Purchase – Dept. • Finance & Accounting – Section • HRD & Administration - Section • Maintenance - Section • Marketing & Sales - Cell • Quality Management System – Cell • Research & Development- Cell • EDP - Cell

  5. ORGANISATION RE-STRUCTURE Department – Full phase Independent activity Section – A separate identity with limited activities. May develop as a Department in near Future Cell - Working under Dept./Section with limited activities. May develop as a Section in near future.

  6. ORGANISATION RE-STRUCTURE MANUFACTURING : • Production Planning & Control (Foundry & Machining) • Capacity Utilisation • Material Handling • Housekeeping / 5’S’ • Safety • Production Cost Control by efficient use of Man, Machine, Method & Material.

ORGANISATION RE-STRUCTURE ENGINEERING & QA : • New Product Development (Tooling, Gauges, Process, Plant Layout etc. Design & Development) • Quality Assurance & Control (Incoming, In-process & Final Stage, Lab & Layout Insp.) • Maintenance of Tooling, Gauges, Equipments • Cost Control by method improvements & innovation • Handling Customer Complaints • Maintenance of Machines (Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maint.) • Maintenance Cost Control • Research & Development

ORGANISATION RE-STRUCTURE PURCHASE : • Purchase Panel (for Casting, Machining, Cores, Fettling, Machines, Foundry Raw Materials, Sub-contracting, Tools & Gauges) • Vendor Development (Evaluation, Selection & Approval) • Purchase Planning for a Group (for above & other materials like Hardware, Spares etc.) • Vendor Performance Monitoring • Inventory Control • Cost Control • Supplier QMS Development • Housekeeping / 5 ‘S’( Efficient use of Space)

ORGANISATION RE-STRUCTURE Finance & Accounting : • Finance Planning(Rising & Utilisation of Finance) • Funds Management(Repayment of Loans, Interest Obligations etc.) • New Project Finance Planning • Budgeting • Accounting (Cash Flow, Debtors & Creditors mgm) • Internal / External Auditing • Taxation (Excise, Sales, Income Tax)
