SUMMIT 2005 Promotions & Marketing “Career and Education Summit 2005” Segura Promotions and Marketing presents the “Career and Education Summit 2005”, Wednesday, November 2nd, from 10 am to 5 pm at the beautiful, historic, Heritage Square Science Center located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. This Free, One day, Bilingual Career and Education Extravaganza will be a the most unique combination of education, information, activities, participants, and exhibitors in one place at one time, and promises to be…the most memorable learning experience for all that attend. The "Career and Education Summit 2005" hopes to bridge the communication gap by blending over 60 Exhibitors, Companies, Businesses, and Educational Institutions together to present excellent career, educational and learning opportunities for all. In the past, the Segura Promotions and Marketing Hispanic Career and Education Fair took place at the Inmaculado Corazón de Maria Church hall attracting over 3000 participants, Hispanic and Non-Hispanic, of all ages, skill levels, and education. These participants were both employed and unemployed and interested in investing in their career, education AND family.

3. This year, The Career and Education Summit 2005 will present the first ever “Summit Scholarship 2005”. The Summit Scholarship 2005 will be awarded to one lucky individual to attend one of the Summit 2005’s participating educational institutions. Those who are interested in competing in this year’s Summit Scholarship 2005 will be required to submit a 100 word written essay in English and Spanish prior to the event, and will have to register to meet all the Colleges, Universities and educational entities in the “Education Study Hall”, the day of the event. The Summit Scholarship. The “Kids Corner” will be a child/parent learning area with supervised childcare, activities, and educational classes, including and safety by the Scottsdale Police Department. The “Kids Corner” was created with “Parenting” in mind, the most important career of all! The Summit 2005 Stage will have lots of activity throughout the day …Starting out with Move! and including the Miguel’s Beauty Salon “Style Made Simple” hair show, and the"Dillard’s Dress for Success Fashion Show” performed by our Summit 2005 exhibitors. In addition to stage lessons and children’s classes, Bilingual Seminars covering Resume Writing and Interview Techniques, Goodwill Industries One Stop Centerand the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, will teach “Networking, Its Not who you know.
