How to solve this issue? • Steps that can be taken to solve this problems are: • Hard reset can be perform to get rid of this problem • Pay attention of what computer is saying and give a view to the black light to get rid of this issue • When the computer screen is blank then perform the BIOS resetting process

Hard reset can be perform to get rid of this problem • Switch off your computer • All the peripheral devices ,USB devices and media cards will be disconnected • The AC power button will be disconnected • Power button will be pressed for the duration of 15 seconds • Cluster the AC power adapter • Switch on your computer • If the problem is solved then its you’re done and if not then continue the next step
