7. Contract Stage 16 Point Safety Section
“Work practices, equipment, materials and services ... shall meet or exceed ... safety standards and regulations ... established and promulgated by OSHA.”
Tools, machinery, equipment, rigging, and scaffolding must be in safe working order.
Must have a safety program; Training.
Must take all reasonable precautions for the safety of all personnel.
8. Contract Stage 16 Point Safety Section PPL may suspend work for safety-related reasons.
