Expansion A need for more space prompted the relocation to a 3 acre site.
Initial Uses • Compost was first used by Bannock County Fairgrounds and Solid Waste for erosion control. • The City of Pocatello also used it for beautification projects.
Reaching Our Goal Compost for Sale
Success – with a Cost • Before we could sell our Compost, it had to be screened and tested. • Screening Cost $9,150 • Testing Cost $300 • Labor and Equipment Costs were $44,000 • Sold 735 tons at $35 per ton which totaled $25,865
