Enroll for Mobiliti To use mobile banking, you must first be signed up for Online Banking before you Enroll for Mobiliti. • To sign up for Online Banking • Go to our homepage www.communitybank.org • Click on “Personal Enrollment” or “Commercial Enrollment” under Online Access • Click “I Agree” in the lower right hand corner • Complete the enrollment form • Click “Submit” in the lower right hand corner • To Enroll for Mobiliti • Follow the simple 6 step process OR • Watch the video tutorial
Enroll for Mobiliti Step 1: Log on to Internet Banking • Click Services (left hand side) • Click Mobiliti • Click on Enroll
Enroll for Mobiliti Step 2: Accept Terms & Conditions • Review & check box “I accept these Terms and Conditions” • Click Continue
Enroll for Mobiliti Step 3: You will be redirected to “Select Services” screen • Enter your cell phone number (no dashes) in the box provided near the bottom of the “Select Services” screen • Click Send
Enroll for Mobiliti Step 4: You will be redirected to “Download the Application” • Download link will be sent to the mobile number entered • If asked to during download, please enter this code to register community123 • Click “X” in the top right hand corner
Enroll for Mobiliti Step 5: Follow the instructions in the “Activate your mobile banking app” tutorial OR Activation on your mobile phone • You will receive a text message on your mobile phone to “Download Mobile Banking” • Click the link in the text message • You will be directed to a download screen for touchbanking. • Wait until the download completes • Community Bank will appear in top left hand corner • Touchbanking will also appear in this screen
Enroll for Mobiliti Step 6: When download is complete, you will be redirected to your app store for “touchbanking” • Follow the instructions in the “Activate your mobile banking app” tutorial • Apple Store • Google Play
