Establish individual “accounts” Make student responsible for themselves Tell student up front how much they will make for their “account” from their sales For fundraisers like candy sales – ask each student to make commitment on sales and order based on their committment How do I motivate students?

Concessions • Have students bring items to donate • 100% of profits go to student’s “account” • Buy at Sam’s, Costco, or on sale • Big profit items: • Gwaltney Beef Hot Dogs (~$9/24) sell for $1 • Over 50% profit. Cook in crock pot • Ice Cream Sundaes – sell 2 scoop sundae $1 • Large tub (~$5 at Wal-Mart) • Chocolate and Caramel syrup, sprinkles, whipped topping
