  2. It doesn’t matter who you was before now or when that time will come for you to be layed off, or terminated. Or time to retire.

  3. The Clock will always be ticking. If you fail to plan, then be prepared to fail. Be prepared to feel like you’re the only one without a plan. No one will feel sorry for you. The time is now to prepare for plan B

  4. Your plan A ?

  5. What was that Plan? • To be accomplished • To have a great family, that is supportive. • To be financially secure with a mortgage paid off. • To avoid having a criminal record of any kind. • To have great health Benefits, with dental. • To be a survivor of any illness. • To enjoy productively working for a corporation you like, that likes you back, and managers who respects you for the hard work and efforts you have demonstrated while protecting the interests and concerns of the corporation. • To have set a Great example for others to follow.

  6. What matters now? • As I said before it doesn’t matter who you was before now. • It is what you can do now to prepare for tomorrow. • What matters now is what are you doing to protect your future financial security, in today’s state of economy. • The old way of doing business is gone for good. Thanks to Technology.

  7. Plan B. • Let us have a look at • Your retirement plans • Your stock options • Your physical assets • Residual income • Social Security • Insurance benefits from your late relative • Your total Future worth?

  8. Can you live off of that for 30 years or more, starting from age 55? Will it be enough to support your Daily Iiving activities? If yes, then do not continue reviewing this information, is not for you.

Plan for Plan B • If you are like most average people, you have been faced with economic challenges, derived from all sorts of incidents and occurrences, and your financial future may look a little cloudy at the moment. • And you’re reading this because you are very concerned about how to prepare for when the time comes for you to be on your own.

  10. There are options • You can continue sending out hundreds of resumes, tweaking it, to appear as if your not that old, and dumbing down your resume to fit the criteria listed in the Job description, because you really need a job or not ready to retire. • You can volunteer your services to babysitting your grandchildren, or other people children. • You can volunteer as a counselor for community services of a non-profit organization or government organization or at your church. • You can begin to harvest that garden you always wanted.

  11. Your time is valuable • For some people what I mentioned, can be very rewarding and fulfilling. • But not if you need to make money and secure your financial future.

  12. Your years of experience is worth something! • You have years of experience as an expert in the field of ? That you can apply to your future source or secondary source of income. • You may need to register for continue education courses to help you, depending on what it is you would like to do. Because what you learned in school 15 to 30 years ago will be considered outdated in order to perform in work environments today. • New era, New times, New technology? • Get in a program and get on with it.

Jobs for you to consider • Start a bakery, then franchise it • Start a seamstress business of custom designed apparel or home furnishings, and repairs • Start a shoe repair or furniture repair business • A tire repair or Fix a Flat • Home inspection and Home repair services • Lock smith and home protection services • Home insulation and water proofing • Hurricane and storm protection services • Dictation and Transcription services • Sell your expertise in Seminars and whitepapers • Get into the Solar Energy Business

Other options • Start a Financial consultant business for retirees focusing on estate planning. • Start a Consultant business in a Niche Market that you enjoy. • Start a business, shopping for senior citizens the disabled and handicapped and the terminally ill and franchise it. • Start a Janitorial ,dry cleaning & pressing business all in one. • Invest in a Franchise. • Get a teaching Degree • Teach in another Language • Write a Book for Teenagers. • Open a day school for the Aging Adults, a Nursing Home too. • Become a Tutor for Children of all ages, including College Age • Open a school for Children with special learning disabilities. • Open a school for the disabled and the handicapped children. • Start a newspaper business focusing on retirees. • Become an architect and design homes for the aging, handicapped and disabled.

  15. Whatever you decide make it fun and enjoyable for you. • Be sure to give something back to the younger generation, they will respect you for it, and remember you. • Always try to help those that are striving to achieve that are less fortunate than you, that can really use your help. • Invest in someone less fortunate than you • Give someone less fortunate than you a chance to be greater than themselves or maybe even you.
