Exercise 2 Revise the the mission and vision of your organization according to today’s discussion If you can, define the territorial and thematical competence of your organization • Vision • Mission • Where do you operate? • Which is your core competence? • Check discrepancies against the definition of well-being of exercise 1

  3. Exercise 3 We are going to start group exercises: please work on white paper and only copy the final version of your exercise in your exercise notepad

  4. Exercise 3 Create working groups (of 4) to simulate partnership according to mission, vision, territorial and thematical competence of organizations • Try to create complementary groups according to the above criteria • Identify possible thematic and territorial intervention to tackle a need you judge as a priority: financial framework, territory, thematical area, time span, target group

  5. Exercise 3b Check the need that you have singled out against the following questions: • What has been recently done to solve the problem? • Is it a “real” need or produced by external factors? • Who has expressed the need? • Is the possible beneficiary pressured by some other actor? • Who is against solving the problem and why? • Which is the idea of well-being expressed through this need?
