What is their warranty? • Do they offer an end-to-end solution? If not, who is going to provide the other components? • Can they deliver the volumes you need? Now and later! • Do they provide site surveys? What certification(s) are provided for hardware, software, & personnel? • What is their geographic coverage for post-sales? • What will they do when you need to upgrade? • What is the vendor’s financial health? What happens to the software in case of vendor’s demise? • What do they know about bar code/2D symbol standards?
