The medicine Atriance is used in treating patients with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma whose disease has not responded to or relapsed following treatment with at least two chemotherapy regimens. This medicine comes in single-dose glass vials in 250 mg/50 ml (5 mg/ml) to administer intravenously. The active ingredient in the vials is Nelarabine with inactive ingredients sodium chloride and water for injection. 1. All about Atriance Injec0on Atriance: Indica-on Atriance is a cancer drug that is sold under the brand name Nelarabine under a valid and recognized prescrip7on. Pa7ents with T-cell acute lymphoblas7c leukemia (T-ALL) or T-cell lymphoblas7c lymphoma (T-LBL) whose illness has not responded to or relapsed aCer treatment with at least two chemotherapy regimens are advised to use Nelarabine. The evidence to support these indica7ons is based on scant data due to the 7ny pa7ent popula7ons in these disease situa7ons. Nelarabine injec7on in India is available and can be purchased among reliable suppliers like Indian Pharma Network at reasonable prices. To know more about the drug, you can call us at +91 93100 90915. Atriance: Dosage and Administra-on It comes in vials as Nelarabine 250 mg. Regular monitoring of complete blood counts, including platelets, is required and only a doctor with training in the use of cytotoxic agents may supervise the administra7on of Nelarabine. •Adults and teenagers (who have reached the age of 16):- For adults and adolescents 16 years of age and older, a dose of 1,500 mg/m2 of Nelarabine given intravenously for two hours on days 1, 3, and 5 and repeated every 21 days is advised. •Adolescents and children (under 21 years old) Nelarabine should be delivered intravenously by dripping the vein over an hour daily for five days in a row, repeated every three and a half weeks, to children and adolescents (age 21 and under). Atriance: Adverse Drug Reac-ons Based on data from 103 adults and 84 pediatric pa7ents, the safety profile from pivotal clinical studies at the indicated doses of Atriance Nelarabine in adults (1,500 mg/m2) and children (650 mg/m2) is based. Fa7gue, gastrointes7nal, hematological, respiratory, and nervous system issues (somnolence, peripheral neurological disorders, dizziness, hypoaesthesia, paraesthesia, headache), and pyrexia were the side events that occurred the most frequently. The dose-limi7ng side effect of nelarabine treatment is neurotoxicity. An overdose of Nelarabine has no known cure. Suppor7ve care should be offered following an

  2. acceptable clinical prac7ce. So, it is necessary to take doses as prescribed by the doctors, and the emergence of any side effects must be reported as soon as possible. Atriance: Composi-on A clear, colorless solu7on is the Atriance solu7on for infusion. It comes in transparent glass vials with rubber stoppers covered by aluminum caps. Nelarabine is an ac7ve chemical. 5 mg of Nelarabine is contained in each milliliter of Atriance solu7on for infusion. There are 250 mg of Nelarabine in each vial. The addi7onal ingredients include sodium hydroxide, water for injec7on, hydrochloric acid, and sodium chloride ( "Atriance contains sodium"). This an7neoplas7c drug is available in the market and can be purchased at budgeted rates as the Nelarabine injec7on price is economical. Visit us at h]ps://www.indianpharmanetwork.in/ to know more about the drug. Atriance: Mechanism of Ac-on A pro-drug of the deoxyguanosine analogue ara-G is Nelarabine. Adenosine deaminase (ADA) quickly demethylates Nelarabine to ara-G, which is subsequently intracellularly phosphorylated by deoxyguanosine and deoxycy7dine kinase to yield Nelarabine's 5'- monophosphate metabolite. The ac7ve 5'-triphosphate form, ara-GTP, is subsequently created from the monophosphate metabolite. As ara-GTP builds up in leukemic blasts, it is preferen7ally incorporated into deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), inhibi7ng DNA synthesis. Cells die as a result of this. Nelarabine injec7on cytotoxic effects could be mediated by several pathways. T-cells are more vulnerable to the cytotoxic effects of Nelarabine in vitro than B- cells. Atriance: Warnings And Precau-ons Although Atriance price is economical, there are some warnings and precau7ons associated with Atriance injec7on- •Nelarabine use has been associated with severe neurological responses. These reac7ons have included peripheral neuropathy, hypoesthesia, which can range from numbness and paresthesias to motor weakness and paralysis, altered mental states like severe somnolence, confusion, and coma, and effects on the central nervous system like convulsions, ataxia, and status epilep7cus. •Ascending peripheral neuropathies resembling Guillain-Barré Syndrome and reac7ons linked to demyelina7on have also been reported. (Refer to sec7on 4.8). •Nelarabine's dose-limi7ng hazard is neurotoxicity. Nelarabine withdrawal has not always resulted in complete recovery from these responses. Nelarabine must be stopped at the first indica7on of neurological reac7ons of NCI CTCAE Grade 2 or above, making close monitoring for neurological reac7ons highly advised. Atriance: Drug Interac-ons The key hepa7c CYP isoenzymes CYP1A2, CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C8, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, or CYP3A4 were not appreciably inhibited by Nelarabine or ara-G in vitro. It is not advised to provide nelarabine and adenosine deaminase inhibitors like pentosta7n concurrently. Nelarabine's effec7veness may be decreased by concurrent administra7on, and either ac7ve substance's adverse event profile may be altered. When the drug is used by following the details provided by the health prac77oner, it can be proven useful. For more detail about Nelarabine price, you can visit us at
