  1. How to Keep Your Mental Health in Check When You Work From Home More and more people are working from home instead of going to the office. This is becoming common because the world is changing. Working remotely has its good and bad points. People who work from home need to take care of their mental and emotional health. First, remember that working from home doesn't mean being alone all the time. It can actually save time and money because you don't have to travel to work. Also, it might protect you from problems like bullying in the office. Working from home can make you more productive and flexible, which can reduce stress.

  2. But, humans are social creatures, so working from home might make it harder to have a social life. Your employer might not notice if you're struggling mentally because they can't see you every day. Plus, working irregular hours without a routine can be stressful. And sitting for too long might cause health problems. To Stay Mentally And Emotionally Healthy While Working From Home: 1.Stick to a routine. 2.Have a dedicated workspace at home. 3.Spend time with family and friends outside of work. 4.Take regular breaks for exercise and mindfulness. 5.Don't forget to socialize and have hobbies. 6.Be aware of cyberbullying and know where to get help. If you need support, consider workplace counseling or psychiatric care. Shamank Gyan Counselling Physcology as a top psychiatrist in Chennai offers these services to help office workers stay mentally well and reduce stress.
