  3. What is Teazus? -Teazus will be the new, popular Tapioca Parlor. -Will be close to the high school and have a large capacity. -Have people who can help each other while also interacting with each other.

  5. Competition -Many competitors in San Leandro. -Competitors: Quicklys, Tapioca Express, 8-12 Tapioca, TeaWay, etc.

  6. Opportunity -Create a new, popular Tapioca Parlor with perks. -Perks: Good, affordable food and delicious, flavored tapioca drinks. -Help for students.
