  1. Parallelograms • Definition of a Parallelogram • A parallelogram is a quadrilateral that has two pairs of parallel sides.

  3. Trapezium • In geometry, a four-sided figure with one pair of parallel sides is referred to as trapezoid in American English and as a trapezium in British English.

  4. The Full Circle • A Full Circle is 360° • Half a circle is 180° • (called a Straight Angle) • Quarter of a circle is 90° • (called a Right Angle)

  5. The diameter of a circle is the length of the line through the center and touching two points on its edge. • The distance across a circle through its center point. • The radius of a circle is the length of the line from the center to any point on its edge.

  6. Fractions • A Fraction (such as 3/8) has two numbers: • Numerator is 3 • Denominator is 8 • The top number is the Numerator. • The bottom number is the Denominator.
