Elements of Good Typography • Legibility • Alignment (we have just learned <center> but often it makes a page less legible) • Line length (fixed or free? who knows) • White space • Type size • Emphasis • Consistency -- abetted by CSS • Cross platform -- sometimes a nightmare • Accessibility -- issues are size and color • Type graphics – antialiasing to smooth edges of a letter
