  2. Learning Objectives Students will be able to construct a simple electric circuit. Students will be able to review the parts of a circuit.

  3. Simple Circuits A circuit is a path that electricity flows along.

  4. Electricity Light bulb Electricity gives us light. When electricity passes through the light bulb it turns the light on.

  5. The Battery The battery stores electric energy. The battery has a positive and negative charge.

  6. Conductive wires The conductive wires help connect the battery and the light bulb so the electricity can flow through.
