Introduction Reasons why we chose the hotel industry: • Tourism is one of the main development industry in Hong Kong. • With the new policies offer from government for attracting tourists, we expect that the amount of tourists coming to Hong Kong in future will expand. Reference: In October 2004, the Average Hotel Occupancy Rate is 89% where in September 2004, the rate is only 84%, it showed a graduate increase for the demand of hotel.
