Part I • The twenty-seventh meeting of the Programme Task Force, held 6 - 8 April 2011 in Prague, the Czech Republic. • Common activities • Guidelines on reporting and monitoring of air pollution effects • Heavy metals baseline assessment • Comparison of activities across continents and regions • Ex post assessment
2011-2012 (-2015) exposure • 23 sites in 14 countries • Extended materials exposure • Carbon steel, zinc and limestone exposed for 1 and 4 years • Weathering steel exposed for 1, 4 and 7 years • Copper exposed for 1 years • Aluminium exposed for 2 years • Modern glass exposed for 1 year • Extended environmental characterisation • Formic acid (HCOOH) • Acetic acid (CH3COOH), • Hydrofluoric acid (HF), • Hydrochloric acid (HCl):
Activities across continents and regions • Russian Federation is now represented in the ICP Materials Task Force and will contribute with a new test site in St Petersburg in the upcoming exposure. • The following countries were identified by the Task Force for possible involvement and inclusion in the 2014 exposure for trend analysis: Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Moldova
