  3. The Set Up • Cafeteria staff member packs produce in containers for all classes • Students pick up produce to bring to their classrooms starting at 9 a.m. • Students eat snack in their classes with their teachers • Discuss produce eaten • Student returns containers to class

  4. Additional AUSD Fruit & Vegetable Education • Salad Bars in all Elementary Schools • Secondary Schools • Fruit cups offered on Fridays with fresh, seasonal produce • Friday Tours to Central Kitchen • 1st, 3rd and 5th grades • Harvest of the Month • 65 Elementary Classes
