Fall Semester Nutrition in the Life Cycle Teaching & Marketing Nutrition Research Methods Issues and Trends in FCS Elective/Thesis Spring Semester Medical Nutrition Therapy Readings in Nutrition Research Evaluation in FCS Nutrition Services Management (Elective) Graduate Coursework
Internship Rotations • Food Service Management (9 weeks) • Clinical rotations (10 weeks) • Community/Consultancy (4 weeks) • Staff relief (4 weeks) • Begin in January, May, or September
