Social Media Policy Exercise • Identify your purpose for using social media • What outcomes are you hoping to see? • Are there metrics you can attach to it? • Identify your tone/voice for social media • Is it formal/informal? • Do you create a dialogue with your audience? • What tools/platforms are you interested in exploring? • Are there different considerations for each one? • What other considerations need to be made for your social media policy?
