Challenges • Deteriorating security situations • Bureaucratic and Lengthy processes • Lack of qualified female teachers in remote areas • Lack of qualified subject appropriate teachers • Lack of sufficient capacity at every level
Way Forward • Continuing upgrading education of teachers and teacher educators • Continuing upgrading professional qualifications of teachers and school administrators • Continuing efforts to recruit and support female students becoming teachers • Continuing supporting teacher training colleges for improved facilities curriculum and instructional performances • Continuing advocacy for support for institutional development in teacher education
