  3. “Guides” to the GuidancePackage • 5 Policy Briefings – MSM, Prisoners, Injecting drug users, sex workers, migrants • Languages – EN, FR, SP, RU (Chinese to be developed) • Entry point for partnership development – MSMGF, INPUD, NSWP • Discussion with WHO for official endorsement LIVING 2008 - AIDS 2010
