50th, 60th, 70th, & 75th Anniversary Award In recognition of reaching the 50th anniversary of its charter date, an Auxiliary region, division, or flotilla may display a 50th anniversary streamer. The 50th anniversary streamer shall be blue with white letters that display, ―50 YEARS‖. Subsequent unit charter anniversaries may be similarly recognized by the following streamers: the 60th anniversary streamer shall be red with white letters that display, ―60 YEARS‖, the 70th anniversary streamer shall be platinum with blue letters that display, ―70 YEARS‖, and the 75th anniversary streamer shall be white with blue letters that display, ―75 YEARS‖. A streamer shall be displayed only as an attachment to the regional flag or the unit‘s Auxiliary ensign. A streamer may be displayed at meetings and for ceremonial purposes. Similar to a commissioning pennant, an Auxiliary organizational unit may only retain and display one streamer of any anniversary, and its custody shall be kept by the unit elected leader. Streamers shall normally be available through the Auxiliary Center (AUXCEN). National Human Resource Department

AUX RSA – What is it? • The Auxiliary Recruiting Service award is awarded for recruiting seven or more new Auxiliarists into the Auxiliary as determined and credited through the FC. • It is an Annual Service Award • It can only be awarded only once per calendar year National Human Resource Department
AUX RSA – Who is Eligible? • The Auxiliary Recruiting Service award is awarded for recruiting seven or more new Auxiliarists into the Auxiliary as determined and credited through the FC. • A new Auxiliarist must be fully processed through completion of their favorable PSI determination and be shifted out of AP status before being credited towards this award. The year in which the date of the new Auxiliarists shift from AP status to IQ or BQ status shall be the year to which the new Auxiliarist shall count toward the recruiting award recognition National Human Resource Department
AUX RSA – What Do I Get if I Earn it? • The Annual Performance Auxiliary Recruiting Service Award uses the same ribbon as the discontinued AMOS Member Resources Award with an “S” device National Human Resource Department
AUX RSA – What About Multiple Awards? • Multiple awards for subsequent years are indicated by adding 3/16-inch bronze or silver stars. • See chart in Chapter 11of AUXMAN for proper placement of stars on subsequent awards. National Human Resource Department
AUX RSA – How Do I Apply For It? • Submission Deadline No later than 30 June for the previous calendar year. • Member must have his or her Flotilla Commander (FC) submit the current National Form on their behalf. • The current National Form is AUX-RSA and can be found on the National Forms website. • All information requested must be printed clearly on the application. NACO Growth Award – Individual – What is it? • The NACO Growth Award – Individual Award is awarded for recruiting five or more new Auxiliarists into the Auxiliary • It is an annual award • It can only be awarded only once per calendar year National Human Resource Department
NACO Growth Award – Individual – Who is Eligible? • Any BQ member (or above) who has recruited 5 or more members in one calendar year. National Human Resource Department
NACO Growth Award – Individual – What Counts? • Recruited members must have completed the New Member Course and been assigned a member # by DIRAUX. AP status okay • More than one member CAN recruit a new member. • A calendar year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31. National Human Resource Department
NACO Growth Award – Individual – What Do I Get if I Earn it? • The NACO Growth Award – Individual is a certificate of recognition. • Certificate indicates # of members recruited in that award year • Certificate is signed by NACO National Human Resource Department
NACO Growth Award – Individual – What About Multiple Awards? • Multiple awards for subsequent years are issued a new certificate with total recruited members from that award year National Human Resource Department
NACO Growth Award – Individual – How Do I Apply For It? • Submission Deadline No later than 30 June for the previous calendar year. • The Recruiting Member sends the form to the BC-HRN as listed on the form, email or us postal mail to be verified • The current National Form is NMGA-I and can be found on the National Forms Website. • All information requested must be printed clearly on the application. NACO Growth Award – Flotilla – What is it? • The NACO Growth Award – Flotilla is awarded for achieving a NET GAIN of two or more Auxiliarists into the FLOTILLA applying for the award as determined by AUXDATA. • It is an annual award • It can only be awarded only once per calendar year National Human Resource Department
NACO Growth Award – Flotilla – Who is Eligible? • Any Flotilla who has produced a net gain of 2 or more members in one calendar year. National Human Resource Department
NACO Growth Award – Flotilla – What Counts? • Recruited members must have completed the New Member Course and been assigned a member # by DIRAUX • A calendar year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31. • ANY member added to the roster counts (i.e. new members, transfers, etc…) • ANY member dropped from the roster counts against the net total for the year (i.e.transfers, retirements, deaths, etc…) National Human Resource Department
