  3. DURA-CRETE Program The DURA-CRETE Program started in 1989, now in it’s 21st season, is the only Program in the United States that offers concrete with a 5 year warranty.

  4. DURA-CRETE The “Mix” • 4500 psi minimum @28 days • 100% Crushed Bedrock Meeting Mn/DOT Standards • Synthetic Fiber Reinforcement • Designed for a 5” slump for better workability • Currently 7 Mixes For Various Applications

Installer’s Certification Process • Must attend Cemstone’s DURA-CRETE Re-Certification Program Yearly • Must Be Certified by the American Concrete Institute(ACI) • Demonstrate knowledge of concrete slab on grade construction in accordance with the Portland Cement Association’s (PCA) Cement Mason’s Guide

  6. Site Preparation • Determine location/design of project • Removal of existing sub grade/grading to a minimum of 4” depth preferably 5” • Install adequate sub grade, well drained and uniformly compacted • Install Forming material

  7. Finishing/Curing & Sealing Guidelines • Contractor shall comply with finishing practices per the DURA-CRETE Certification Agreement • Concrete will be properly Cured and Sealed, complying with the DURA-CRETE Certification Agreement, and Cemstone’s Exterior Concrete Guidelines • Removal of forms/Site Clean up

  8. Warranty Process Upon completion of DURA-CRETE installation, Cemstone will provide warranty certificates to Contractor. The Contractor, and Property Owner will sign and submit to Cemstone the signed certificates, and at that time the warranty will be valid.
