Innovative Process and Product Engineering (IPPE)General Characteristics • Development and support of innovativeness and creativity of • the students by offering interdisciplinary education and special • courses focusing on the development of innovation-related skills. • Strong industrial orientation of the studies, focused on • pulp and paper, fine chemicals and metallurgical industries. • The programme is supported by lecturers working in above-mentioned • industries, as well as by design courses supervised by practitioners. • Solid scientific background of education as the main topics of the • curriculum correspond to the main research • fields of the Department. • Internationalisation of the studies ensured by the participation • of the international lecturers from leading European universities. • Special focus on the communication skills needed in the working • environment, to be ensured by special courses.
