A painter from the rural landscapes of Maysel, West Virginia, Ronald Raevsky is truly a maestro in landscape art. His art work is all about sketching scenic landscapes through his creative expression and amazing sense of vision. Since childhood, Ronald was a nature lover with an inherent desire to express the beautiful landscapes and the world around him through his artistic endeavor. He was just about 8 years old when he completed his first landscape painting. His family was amazed to see his awe-inspiring art work and became his support system even since.
They made an important contribution to his learning experience as Ronald received a lot of encouragement and support from his family. Ronald was youngest in his family and received a lot of love and care from everybody around him. He used to spend most of his time with his eldest sister while exploring the beautiful landscapes and paint them on his canvas. His creativity and art became a part of his everyday life. Ronald Raevsky won numerous prizes in art contests held in schools and even in different independent organizations.
After finishing his high school, Ronald Raevsky went to New York University School of Art and enrolled in a B.F.A. Studio art program to excel in his field. Ronald also worked at a graphic design firm for a few years after completing his graduation. Sequentially, a striking opportunity knocked his door when he was offered a lucrative business proposition by a gentleman. According to this deal, Ronald would make paintings and this gentleman would sell them on his website. This was a brilliant opportunity for Ronald as now he got a chance to share his vision with others and his art work would be recognized and admired throughout the world.
Till date, Ronald has made around 500 paintings and his most famous painting, which is called “The Awakening” was sold at $ 15, 000 at an auction in New York city. Currently, he lives in his hometown with his wife, Angela and two children. Apart from creating art, painting and spending time with nature, Ronald also runs a horse riding staple where he gives horse riding lessons to children.
