Regional Dental Team Priorities • School-based dental sealant projects • Elementary schools with at least 50% free/reduced lunch participation • Basic Screening Survey (surveillance) • Third grade children in targeted schools • Preschool children in Head Starts • Preventive dental services • Preschool children in Head Starts • Dental exams, prophylaxis, fluoride

Public Health Dental – Oral Health Program (OHP) Activities • Conduct grant and cooperative agreement activities • Review and comment on proposed state legislation involving dental • Participate in leadership activities at the national level • Represent DSHS OH Program at national public health conferences
