What is Personality? • Personality may be defined as a persons characteristic features and qualities. • Pleasing external appearances alone do not make a good person. • So what makes a good personality? • Your personality is a combination of your body, mind, character and conduct. Therefore the quality of each of these defines your personality.

How do I gain a good Personality? Sincepersonality is a combination of your body, mind, character and conduct, gaining these qualities will enhance our personality. Having good self discipline will impact all the personality traits and improve your personality.
What is Self Discipline? The definition of self discipline is orderly training and conduct. • Having a specific daily routine • Being Organized • Time management These are the key factors to self disipline
What is Self Discipline? • Having a specific daily routine • Waking up early, bathing, having meals on time • Doing your homework on time • Going to bed on time • Making your schedule so that you will have enough time for all your activities and won’t need to rush • Organizing • Having a place for everything and putting everything away • Keeping your surroundings clean • Making lists of supplies needed • Making a calendar to plan your time • This will keep you calm and allow you to achieve more goals in life.
How do I achieve it? Self discipline can be achieved with Sadhana,Tapa and Vrata. • Sadhana, Tapa and Vrata brings order into life. • Sadhana means daily practice like yoga and meditation • Tapa means to prevent the wastage of ones vigor and energy by pursuing discipline • Vrata means to resolutely pursue the path of self enlightenment this is also associated with self control like fasting. • These three methods build a stronger mind and personality
How will it affect me? • Time management • Provides enough time for all activities • Allows you to finish work and be able to do things you enjoy • Better organization • Less time wasted looking for things • Clean environment for work and play • Prevents chaos of a haphazard life • Improves health • Reduces stress and frustration prevents high blood pressure and many other issues. • Creates happiness • When we are able to do the things we want, we are happy. • This will let us be a happier person and have a more cheerful personality
