Welcome to the Tamariki Mokopuna Ora Services Birth to 6 Weeks We offer a programme that provides education, advice and support for mothers and your newborn pepi from the moment you leave hospital until your pepi is registered with a Well Child Tamariki Ora service. Our Mokopuna Ora nurse will visit with you, your pepi, and whanau in your home and will be available to you by contacting the Health clinic, the nurses cell phone, text and/or email. Services Available • Breast Feeding Support • Nutritional Advice • Safe Sleeping • Bathing Baby • Mother Cares • SUDI Prevention and Education • Car Seat Safety and Advice • Support & transport to your doctor, specialist and hospital appointments We will work in partnership with other community agencies to ensure you, your pepi and whanau are provided with the best care and advice available.
