Superintendent’s Hearings • Served as Hearing Officers for 80 Superintendent’s Hearings in 2017-2018 • Conducted by Program Leader (Doug Favaloro), Negotiator (Dave Rowley), and Attorney (Erin Morris) • Sharp increase – Mid-February through March (27 hearings within a six week period!) • Help to address increased concerns of violence in school districts
Collective Bargaining Contract Negotiations • 28 Contracts settled in the Districts we serve in 2017-2018 • Led 6 Impasse Mediation Sessions in various Districts in 2017-2018 • Supported the review and integration process of these new Contracts
