  4. Bridport • Population over 13,000 • Second largest town in West Dorset • Potential expansion in draft local plan • No Extra Care scheme

  5. Housing Need • 618 households on WDDC Housing Register (HR) aged over 60 (2353 total applications) • 441 household's in Bridport area on HR • 81 aged 60+ • Demand predicted to increase
