  4. Educational Needs/Topic Selection Visit with outlying hospitals to determine needs • Administrators • Educators • Unit Leaders • Physicians Hot Topics, Compliance, Performance Improvement, or Requests

Education Development • Rules and regulations • CNE/CME offerings • Research/Evidence Based Practice Based on national standards, guidelines, and references which include, but are not limited to those published by the following organizations: • Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses • American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists • American Academy of Pediatrics Committee of Fetus and Newborn Standards are specifically based on, but not limited to, the following publications: • Kilpatrick SJ, American Academy of Pediatrics & American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (2017).
