  2. Hypothesis • Height will alter head size. • Male heads will be bigger than female heads. • Head size will increase by age.

  3. Summary We started by measuring the people in our grade. Then we measured Mrs. McCabe’s preschoolers. After, we measured our parents and neighbors. We measured by wrapping the tape measure around their heads, just above their eyes. After that we got their age and height. We decided to get ten preschoolers, ten adults, and ten boy and girl teens.

  8. Conclusion • Based on the data we’ve gathered, by the time you turn 12, your head size stays the same. • Head size doesn’t vary by gender. • Height has little impact on head size. At the end of our experiment, our hypothesis was different than our final conclusion .
