  2. Meet the group… • TV Show: I Love Lucy • Group: Lucy, Ricky, Fred, and Ethel • Lucy and Ricky, along with Fred and Ethel, are two married couples that get into crazy, funny situations on a regular basis. They are life-long friends.

  3. Storming • In this stage, members challenge each other. This is a time of struggle and conflict for the group. Members are trying to maintain their individual identity while trying to work as a group.

  4. Storming in the Show • In one episode, Lucy, Ricky, Ethel, and Fred are on a road trip in the desert West. They start out excited about the trip, but they soon find out they all have different plans. They quickly begin fighting because they all want to be the leader. The fighting stops as soon as they are arrested for speeding because the group has to work together to outsmart the sheriff.
