  6. SA Needs Help • Outdoor: • Coordinate school wide BBQ, field games and other misc. events • Dance and music: • Plan dances for the school • Comedy: • Help with comedy nights • Movies: • Coordinate outdoor/indoor movies nights/Loma theater nights

  7. SA Needs Help • Special Events: • Help SAO plan events and run events during 49er’s and other special events hosted by the SA • Can do as a club for volunteer hours • OR by a single person as head of that committee

On the Calendar • Technical Lectures: • Greg Mansfield – Electronic Warfare (Any Tuesday or Thursday) • Phillip Deleon – Speaker Recognition (Sept 26th, next meeting) • Workshops: • MATLAB seminar: • Location Skeen 212 • Date: Sept. 21st • Registration 8:45 am - 9:00 am • Session 1: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

  9. Not yet on the Calendar • Fun Events: • HVZ • Halo Tournament • 49’s stuff (Oct. 21st-23rd) • Projects: • Build the blinky flags flags for HVZ || CTF • Look into micro mouse • Workshops: • What 1st ?: Arduino, Soldering, etc… • Others stuff you can think of?

  10. HVZ: Humans vs. Zombies • What is it? Well…. Ian get up here! • Grab a bunch of people • Get some Nerf guns • Play tag… • If touched… You dead/no more gun • Repeat till all dead • Survival • CTF • Other desired game types?

  11. Halo Tournaments • Spanning multiple weeks? • Single event? • Game types: • Grifball? • Slayer? • Objective? • When? • Maybe for 49er’s

  12. T-Shirt • Send me some designs/ ideas. It would be cool to get one soon for our club! • I was thinking a portal theme maybe with some zombies in time for 49er’s
