  1. 6 Ways to be a Lousy Leader Tired of being a good leader? Here are some easy tips to follow if you don’t want to be a good leader in your organisation. 1.Be pessimistic and discourage new ideas and creative thinking. They might not work anyway, so what’s the use of trying? If someone insists on trying something new, go behind their backs to rubbish them. 2.Don’t bother to prepare for anything, especially change. Stick your head in the sand and don’t look. If you don’t know about it, it can’t bother you. 3.Got a risky decision to make? Think about it as long as possible, then stick it on the shelf and forget about it. That way there will be no risk of making a mistake. 4.Allow the leadership to isolate themselves and do not bother forming relationships within or without the company. This will prevent any good resources being available 5.Don’t be transparent; never let anyone know what you are going to do. If you decide to do something, change your mind but don’t inform anyone else. This will help everyone to distrust you. 6.Teamwork? Forget it!
