Forms are an excellent vehicle to both communicate with and gathercustomer information. Use MS PPT to print screen 5websites that have forms for the customer to use. Type 4 sentences for each slide as to what information is gathered for each different website form. See Slide 2 For An Example Of The Assignment!!

  2. Slide 2 When I want to purchase an item at home depot, I come to a screen like this. It takes my first and last name as well as home address. If I proceed further, the form will ask for my credit card information. I feel that this is a well made form from HomeDepot.com.
