  5. Radio Telescopes • A radio telescope is a very sensitive radio receiver. • They collect radio and sound waves from space.

  8. The help us predict and understand weather. • They help us broadcast satellite television. • News stations and newspapers can receive up to date news stories • We are able to monitor and survey damaged areas from above.

  10. Telescope help us see things better. • Cameras attached to the telescope give us pictures that astronomers can observe and study. • Computers help interpret and collect data from space. • Satellites give us a birds eye view of our planet.
